This 2 evenings a week course provides you with a hands-on approach to learning the theory and practice of bricklaying. You will gain the confidence to move onto an intermediate level course and learn how to set up you own work area, work safely in a working environment and use the tools and materials to build basic brick walls.

  • Entry Requirements

    You must:

    • Be over 19
    • There are no entry requirements but if you don’t have any qualifications you will be asked to take an English and maths test
  • Assessment

    You will be assessed by a range of practical workshop tasks, a short written test at the end of each unit and external tests from the City & Guilds throughout the year

  • Moving Forward

    Level 2 Diploma in Brickwork
